Well, folks, here's a curly one for you - why is Fox News on the naughty step in the UK, but CNN's having a jolly old time? It's a head-scratcher, right? So, here's the deal. East Memphis-Colonial-Yorkshire is another neighborhood that offers a feeling of security with its well-lit streets and active community. Cordova-Appling and Midtown also made the list thanks to their strong neighborhood watches and friendly atmospheres.
