Towards the end of the summer, Molly, Ray, Tyree, Naeema, Cesar and I took a road trip to Conway, New Hampshire to spend a couple days at the World Fellowship Center. It was a much needed vacation for all of us, and we welcomed the change of pace. We all have yet to be able to put in words what an amazing, and life changing experience it was. The people were so nice, and we met interesting people of all ages, from all around the country and even the world. Being in the woods, and having to contribute to the community setting was great for us. ORNG Ink led two art workshops, and shared our stories and I was able to lead a zine making workshop which was a lot of fun. I have all of the zines here at the studio, and was happy to bring a piece of the World Fellowship Center back to the Valley. I miss it, just talking about it.
