Woo! When I was talking with the three chefs recently to finalize the food tasting menu, my mouth was basically watering. I think I may be the most excited about the food. I do not want to give it all alway but here is a sneak peek at the menu:
- Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Parmesan-crusted Shrimp
- Mini Chicken & waffles
There are three chefs (Jeff Dorch, Joshua Hewitt and Christian Soto) who will be preparing dishes between 7-8:30pm. You are not going to miss the food! You will also get a chance to talk to the chefs about the dishes. Some will be tried out and put on the new Hat City Kitchen!
