There is nothing like Halloween at Hat City Kitchen! Personally, I can not wait. It’s fun for everyone, our guests and the staff. We all get pretty dressed up, and because Halloween falls on a Friday, we all look at that as a chance to celebrate all weekend. Deanna Riley, took home best costume last year.
