Hosted by Mike Lee, this open jazz jam welcomes all styles and levels of musicians to share the stage and create great music. Each week brings a new surprise so make sure to check it out. The show starts at 8:00PM, but get in early to grab a seat. Always a good time, this jam is not to be missed!

Project Groove. Join The JT Project for a weekly open mic/jam that is sure to blow your mind! Featuring local and regional musicians who have worked with artists like Beyonce, Estelle, Chaka Khan, Lauryn Hill, Justin Timberlake, Kenny Garrett, Joe and many more, all are encouraged to take the stage and show their skills. Starting with a set by The JT Project and ending with a slamming open mic, this jam is a force to be reckoned with!

The founding members of Emotional Rex met at Juilliard (on their way to get a hot dog). Two other band members practically lived at Carnegie Hall (in a fifth-floor walk-up around the corner). These proximities to extremely talented people helped make Emotional Rex what it is today: an eclectic group of would-be’s, wanna-be’s, has-beens and never-wases. The occasional ringer joins them onstage, but all in all they just like to play a little music and have a little fun. You’ll hear mostly covers that cover a wide range of music and a lot of years. Emotional Rex has shared billings and venues with notable musicians such as Leslie West and…uh…did we mention Leslie West?

In their six years together Thursday Habit has strived to write accessible deep yet hooky original rock music. The band is comprised of five individually accomplished songwriters and producers. These seasoned professionals “bring it” at each live show and have received glowing feedback and reviews throughout their time together. Their first self-titled CD “Thursday Habit” has been praised for its’ vision, musical intensity and sing-able melodies. Their soaring vocals, intense guitars, inspired grooves and retro keyboard solos make for a unique musical soundUnfinished Bizzness is a group of talented musicians and singers based in New Jersey. Former drummer JoJo Garth formed the group with a vision of bringing back the funky tight bands of the past. The group is comprised of lead singers Janet Van Kline and Michelle Key—vocals; Amir Mathews—keyboard and vocals; Raymond Hudson—bass guitar; Kevin Bowden—drums; and Curtis Hudson—guitar and vocals. Since their formation a few years ago, their electrifying performances have brought them the reputation of being one of the best bands on the East Coast. Funk, R&B, Dance, Rock or Jazz, Unfinished Bizzness dazzles its audiences with a hard driving funky rhythm section, powerful and soulful vocals, air-tight harmonies and slick arrangements. The group has been playing in local venues bringing their old school sounds to their fans. and live show.

CORNER POCKIT is an R&B band with a tasteful mix of hip hop, jazz fusion, and was formed and developed in December 2000. Comprised of James Lockhart as bandleader and lead guitar/ vocals, Windie Goff on funky bass guitar,on saxophone Mr. Ken Fink and, Fabian (Bam Bam) Wiley the newest member of the band adding pumping hot drums to the sound.

Come chill out with the soft sounds of acoustic guitar. This Acoustic Open Mic welcomes singers, songwriters, and musicians to serenade our welcoming audience with whatever originals or covers their hearts desire. Each week brings a different crowd, so the music is always fresh. This is a great way to relax in the middle of the week, and a great way to participate in the local music scene.
